✹ Where can I place an order from?

☞ You can place an order from any any place in East Cost of South Florida, we do provide pick up only orders for now, we will expand soon.

✹ How long will it take for my items to be ready?

☞ Considering the time of work, 1 to 2 hours, you will receive an e-mail of order ready 


✹ Who can I contact if there are problems with my order?

☞ All requests for information can be forwarded to caseificioolivieriusa@gmail.com or text message/Whatsapp at (954) 200-0524.
We have a very attentive customer service team. We make sure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.


✹How can I pay?

☞ We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, ApplePAy, GooglePay, UnionPay.


✹ Is payment on this site safe?

☞ You can be absolutely sure that all purchases made here are safe.


✹ If I enter my email address, will my data be sold?

☞ We do not sell any information to our customers. Emails are only used to track and send newsletters about our promotions and discount coupons.

✹ When my order will be shipped?

☞ For each order we prepare our products fresh, we will try to ship it the same day but we will not ship your order during the Weekend.

✹ My order arrived damaged, can you help me?

☞ If the package is damaged please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Once a package is in UPS’s hands, handling is managed by them, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues that may arise.
